“Improve your move with a friendly local realtor.”

Choosing the right realtor makes your home buying or selling experience pleasant, financially gratifying, and even fun. I love viewing and appraising all the great Loudoun homes on the market! Loudoun is a nice place to live, has wonderful schools, natural beauty and lots of history. Loudoun also has a variety of neighborhoods and home styles. Whether you are buying or selling a new house, an older or historic house, a condo or townhouse you can depend on me to help you get the just what you are looking for.

For most of us our home is our largest asset. A real estate purchase or sale is a big transaction that requires us to put forth lots of time, energy and funds. And moving is rated among the top three most stressful life events yet, the average American homeowner moves every 5-7 years. Whether you’re moving for a new job, moving to a bigger house for your growing family or downsizing because you’re an empty nester, you are experiencing the excitement of those life events while you are preparing your home for sale and searching for a new home.

While moving is stressful, selling your home and buying a new one doesn’t have to be. My enthusiasm and friendly professional manner make real estate transactions enjoyable and efficient. I will listen to your needs, work to protect your interests and will negotiate the best possible deal for you while assuring a smooth transaction.

ABOUT ME

I graduated from NYU Business School and had a career building mortgage-backed security trade processing, financial regulatory and accounting systems. In 1991 my family moved to Loudoun County when my husband got a job at Fannie Mae. We purchased an old farm house outside the village of Waterford. We needed a new well and septic field, a new roof and siding and had to get a construction loan to buy our house. After major renovations and refinancing we moved into the house and raised our three children. I ran a small flower and herb farm on our property while our children attended Loudoun County public schools.

In my spare time I enjoy Loudoun’s natural beauty and historical sites and maintain my large garden. I serve as a volunteer on the board of the Loudoun Wildlife Conservancy and am a certified stream monitor and I participate in bird and butterfly counts. I support the National Trust for Historic Preservation and volunteer at the Waterford Fair.
