My name is Tan Tunador and I specialize in helping buyers and sellers invest in real estate in the Loudoun County, Virginia area including Leesburg, Ashburn, Sterling, Purcellville, Lovettsville, Lansdowne, Hamilton and the surrounding areas.

I am a Broker/Owner and Licensed Realtor with Exit Realty Talbot and Company who has been selling real estate full-time in Northern Virginia since 1993. My affiliation with Exit Realty Talbot and Company began in 1996 when I joined Talbot and Company, Inc. as a Realtor and solidified when I married Samantha (her mother, Helena Talbot, is a Broker/Owner of the company). In 2006 Talbot and Company, Inc. joined Exit Realty, the fastest growing real estate franchise in North America and I partnered with Helena as a co-owner. My wife and I live in Leesburg with our two wonderful children, Evin (10 years old) and Maya (8 years old). My brother Timur is also involved in the business as a Vice-President for George Mason Mortgage.

Prior to selling real estate, I grew up and attended high school in Pittsburgh, PA and went on to receive a B.A. from The Pennsylvania State University. Following the university, I traveled abroad for 2 1/2 years and taught English as a Second Language in Istanbul, Turkey. I am also fluent in Turkish. Returning from abroad, I worked as a Sales Manager for Pulte Homes in Northern Virginia before becoming a Realtor.

I am a member of the National Association of Realtors, the Virginia Association of Realtors, and a Dulles Area Association of Realtors Top Producer Platinum Club member (for sales in excess of $10,000,000 per year). I am the Chairman of the Dulles Area Association of Realtors Education Committee and a member of the Professional Standards Committee. Outside of the real estate world I enjoys road and mountain biking, reading detective fiction, digital photography, playing the piano, and lifting weights.
