Wendy has been involved in real estate, specifically in Northern Virginia, for more than 15 years. Wendy started her real estate career working for a national builder in sales, contracts, administration, and settlements. She then worked for a custom builder before becoming an independent agent. Wendy is a member of the National Association of Realtors, Virginia Association of Realtors, and the Dulles Area Association of Realtors. Wendy graduated from the University of Florida with a BS in Psychology in 1994, a degree that has proven to be beneficial for assisting both sellers and buyers in finding the best home for them. Enthusiasm, professionalism, and advocacy are the qualities Wendy brings to the table to help her clients purchase the home they want. Originally from St. Augustine, Florida, Wendy moved to the Northern Virginia area in 1995 and began her career in real estate. An avid cook and gardener, Wendy has come to appreciate the unique beauty of the Loudoun County countryside. Wendy has been married for over 15 years to Hunt McMahon, who has been in new home construction for more than 18 years. Hunt currently owns a custom home building company and has built many homes around Loudoun County. Wendy and Hunt have an ten year old daughter. Wendy is also a member of St. James Episcopal Church where she taught Sunday school for 6 years. From rentals to million dollar custom homes and even raw land, Wendy has done it all!
